General Rules
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Occupancy Limits: The maximum number of guests per unit is strictly enforced as stated in your booking. No unauthorized visitors or overnight guests are allowed.
Noise Policy: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed.
Care of the Property No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Any evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning fees.
Cleanliness: Please leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Please report any accidental damage immediately.
Safety and Security Keys: Lost keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee.
Windows and Air Conditioning: Please open a window when using the air conditioner to ensure proper ventilation and efficiency.

Fines and Penalties: Guests will be held responsible for any fines imposed by the body corporate or local authorities due to rule violations.
